Go to Settings → General Settings → Document Types → More Settings → Purchase Order Section → Auto Check for PO Updates Toggle the button to enable this setting.
When enabled, the system provides a visual indicator in the Purchase Order Matching screen whenever a purchase order has been updated. This icon indicates that the purchase order should be refreshed to ensure users are working with the most up-to-date information before making decisions.
To refresh the purchase order, click the refresh icon next to the purchase order number (see picture below).
