Alternate Export
Step 1: Create a New Export
Navigate to Settings > Document Processing > Export.
Click on Create New Export to define a new export configuration.
Save the configuration and ensure the export is disabled.

Step 2: Enable Alternate Export
Go to Settings > Global Settings > Document Type > More Settings.
Locate the Alternate Export setting and toggle it on.
Configure the following:
Document Status: Specify the status of documents after the alternate export.
Export Configuration: Select the newly created export configuration to be used for the alternate export.

Using the Alternate Export
In the PO-Matching Screen
After enabling the alternate export, you will have the option to select the alternate export directly in the PO-Matching screen.

With the Workflow Card
The Alternate Export workflow card can also be used to automate this process. Configure the card as needed to apply the alternate export logic to your workflow.
