# 键盘快捷键

PO 匹配界面提供专用快捷键，以简化匹配流程：

* **Tab** – 在侧边栏的不同菜单项之间移动，无需点击即可快速导航。
* **Control + M** – 在 PO 匹配区域的可用按钮之间移动，帮助用户高效浏览操作选项。
* **Enter** – 选择或点击当前获得焦点的按钮，无需使用鼠标即可确认操作。
* **Control + H** – 打开 PO 匹配文档，立即获取帮助。
* **Control + K** – 打开键盘快捷键菜单，显示此区域的所有可用快捷键。
* **Control + D** – 启用或禁用采购订单训练模式，让用户可以在正常模式和训练模式之间切换。
* **Control + A** – 自动匹配采购订单。
* **Control + S** – 保存文档，确保妥善保存所有修改。
* **Control + R** – 拒绝文档，将其标记为需要修订或进一步验证。
* **Control + E** – 导出文档，根据已应用的设置生成导出文件。
* **Control + F** – 打开采购订单搜索功能，帮助用户快速查找特定采购订单。
* **Control + P** – 选择采购订单行项目的第一行，方便开始处理订单数据。
* **Control + L** – 选择发票行项目的第一行，快速查看发票详情。
