# 创建 BOD 映射文件

下载 BOD 映射文件，并使用适合的文件编辑器打开进行编辑。本指南使用 VSCode。

## 编辑映射文件

将公司更改为正确的公司（SFV\_AccountingEntityID），并根据需要编辑位置 ID。

通过查看要导出的文档类型的字段设置，检查文档代码（如下所示，可在 DocBits 中文档类型字段设置的 URL 中找到）。

## 创建 Logical ID（连接点）

如果尚不存在此连接点，则需要创建一个。

首先，前往 ION Desk → Connect → Connection Points，然后点击“+ Add”按钮。

系统将打开上方所示的界面，接下来需要填写必要信息。名称应类似于“DocBits\_export”。

在“ION API Client ID”中，输入先前为 ION 映射文件获取的相同 Client ID。

然后，在连接点创建菜单中选择 Document 选项卡，并点击“+”号添加以下文档；这些文档稍后才会用到。

保存此连接点后，即可获得如下所示的 Logical ID。

然后，将此 Logical ID 插入 BOD 映射文件的相应部分，并保存文件。

## 将文件上传到 DocBits

将文件拖放到 DocBits 中的导出配置。该配置位于 Settings → Export。
