* 前往：`Settings` > `Document Processing` > `Module`。
* 确认 **Access Control** 开关已**打开**。
* 如果该功能已停用，通常所有用户都可以不受限制地访问，无论其组权限或字段权限如何。

* 前往：`Settings` > `Global Settings` > `Groups, Users and Permissions`。
* 选择 **Groups and Permissions**。
* 确认该用户列在预期的组中。
* 如果该组使用了特定的访问控制，未将用户分配到该组会阻止其访问文档和执行操作。

* 在该组的 **Access Control** 页面中，检查文档类型（例如，Invoice、Purchase Order）。
* 验证以下权限：
  * **List**、**View**、**Edit**、**Delete**、**Mass Update**
  * **Approval Levels**（1st、2nd）、**Unlock Document**
* 除非符合实际需要，否则请勿将访问级别限制为 **Owner** 或 **Admin**。

* 在组的 Access Control 配置中，前往相应的文档类型并检查字段级设置。
* 确认字段权限是否设为：
  * **Read/Write**、**Read Only**、**Owner Write**、**None**
* 根据用户的角色按需调整。

### 5. 检查“Only Assigned Documents”设置

* 前往：`Settings` > `Global Settings` > `Groups, Users and Permissions`。
* 如果已**启用** **Only Assigned Documents**，用户只能查看明确分配给自己或其所在组的文档。
* 如果用户看不到预期的文档：
  * 检查文档分配情况。
  * 暂时停用此设置，测试它是否是问题根源。

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.docbits.com/chinese/guan-li-yu-she-zhi/settings/global-settings/groups-users-and-permissions/groups-and-permissions/troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
