# 全局设置

使用 **设置** 管理组织以及文档的处理方式。当前应用会在左侧菜单中按用途对设置进行分组，不会显示名为“全局设置”的独立页面。

1. 选择齿轮图标以打开 **设置**。
2. 在 **组织与访问权限** 下，选择所需区域，例如 **公司信息** 或 **用户**。
3. 在 **文档处理** 下，选择 **文档类型**，以配置特定类型的文档。
