Kazakhstan ESF (Электронные счета-фактуры) is the electronic invoice system operated by the Committee of State Revenues. All VAT-registered businesses must issue electronic invoices through the ESF information system. Documents include the BIN/IIN tax identification, VAT calculations, and are digitally signed.
